    Ok. It is Tuesday 6:40 am. Up with coffee. Don’t have to go to work because I’m retired. Getting hungry. Waffles sound good. How do I reignite my fitness program today?

    1. We hope you ate your waffles. Everything is ok in moderation. If you go out to the store today park further away then normal for extra steps. If you are able try to go for a walk. Start small and increase activity!
