Gym memberships can be expensive and getting the the gym can prove hard sometimes during our busy schedules, that’s why it’s key to be able to workout at home.

I know, I know who has the space, money and etc for an at home gym? That’s not what I’m talking about! The key is having a few essential items at home that will give you a good workout when you just can’t get to the gym! 
Some of the at home gym essentials I cannot live without are…

  • Bosu Balance Ball (my favorite by far)
  • Jump Rope 
  • Yoga Mat
  • Dumbbell set (5-25lbs)
  • Stability Ball
  • Resistance Bands 
  • Foam Roller

With the above equipment the workout possibilities are endless! Plus you can fit all this equipment in a closet and take it out when needed. You don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to get in a good workout! 
Early A.M. workouts before the littles get up in my living room watching the news is my favorite. It gives me the energy I need to make it through the day and I’m not searching for the cup of coffee to keep me awake!
