Do you accept the challenge?

We both know we should eat better at times but we are also realistic and know we like to eat.

We were amoung a group of girls who would go to McDonald’s following a hard track practice..

Times jave changed and our metabolism  has too. We saw this challenge on Pinterest and decided why not?


7 days…

No pop (soda for those down south)

No bread

No red meat

No alcohol 

No pasta 

No sweets 

A citrus fruit daily

8 cups of water daily

30 minutes of exercise daily

Now the 4th is tomorrow so we are starting on Tuesday. Who is in? Retrain that body a little. 

You can do anything for 7 days right?
