I’m officially signed up for this tri. Whew, I’m nervous excited and a little discouraged after this mornings workout.
This week was the beginning of training. Yesterday was my first swim day.
I know swimming is going to be tough so I was dreading this workout.
I did a dew drills and then swam some laps. I was tired and discouraged.
I’ve got some work to do! But I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me!
First week is almost done! My ankle is doing better. Erica and I have the hottest half 10k in 10 days.
