Week 6

Half way!!!!!  

I’m  six weeks into my sprint triathlon training. I must say there has been lots of frustration and sometimes a lack of motivation.

Swimming is still my biggest frustration but I think I have a better mental outlook on it now!

I’m  not going to swim 300m non stop. Yes, this was my intial thought and I now realize I was crazy. I just keep telling myself take it 50m at a time. 

I am not as worried about the biking and the running. Now, doing all three back to back is a different story but I will start incorporating bricks into my training soon.
I can do this! I just need to finish.
