I love football and fall! It means cooler weather and times call for chili and soups! Here is one of my favorite football season meals!!
1 Lb ground turkey or hamburger
1 cup diced onions
1 (15.5 oz) can Ranch Style beans
1 (15 oz) can corn
1 (15 oz) can Rotel
1 package taco seasoning
1 package ranch dressing mix
Brown the ground turkey and onions in a large skillet. Add ranch dressing mix and taco seasoning to mixture. In large pan combine beans, corn and rotel and let it cook for 5 minutes. Add ground turkey mixture and let simmer over low 15 minutes.
To serve, place corn chips in bowl and ladel soup over chips. Top with sour cream and cheese!
