Today is day 6 of our 30 days of Thanks and Planks.
We are giving thanks to hobbies today. Two of my biggest hobbies are crocheting and scrapbooking.
They are so relaxing for me. It gives me a chance to clear mm head and let creative juices flow.
Today’s plank is a 25 second reverse plank.
The reverse plank not only works your core but also some glutes and hamstring muscles! I always love getting more bang for my buck!
Bring in more muscle groups and engage ones that we tend to forget about when we work our core!
