So I’m two days into my 13.1 training, day three is today! Finding time to log in the miles is the difficult part for me. Working full time teaching and then coming home and clocking into mommy duties!
What I enjoy about the Train Like a Mother Finish It 13.1 program is that it gives you various options. For example today’s workout is Cross Train or Rest day. Also on the workout plan there are water bottle and coffee cup icons. The water bottle represents workouts that you “must do” in order for you to be successful in your training! I will say the runs have helped me get over the soreness of TreadFitness!
